Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return your order for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and unworn (for hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned).

  • Be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Be in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@short-kingz.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic returns).

  3. Securely pack the items and send them back. Please wait for the correct return address before shipping. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (including photos of the damage, if possible). We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)

  • Worn or washed socks cannot be returned.

  • Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
